Siew Yi Li, violin

A Recipient of the Max-Jost foundation scholarship and the Rotary Club (Lausanne) violin recipient, Yi Li graduated from the class of world-renown concert violinist Pierre Amoyal (protégé of the legendary Jascha Heifetz) in the Conservatoire de Lausanne. Other Notable teacher includes former concertmaster of the singapore symphony orchestra, mr alexander souptel. He performs widely both as soloist and serves regularly as concertmaster for Singapore Lyric Opera Orchestra and the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra. He had performed in major cities in Switzerland, France, Austria, South Korea, China as well as throughout Southeast Asia.

Recent performances include serving as concertmaster for re:Sound Collective, Huayi – Chinese Festival of Arts, organized by Esplanade Singapore as well as solo recitals together with pianist Victor Ong.
